Who We Are
We are an innovative provider of support and personal care to residents in Bournemouth and surrounding areas.
We aspire to create an atmosphere of care and support which enables and encourages our clients to live independently within their own home for as long as possible. The scope of our service provision is designed to fit your needs in line with an agreed plan of support ranging from a few hours a day to 24 hour live-in care, support and companionship.
At Homely Health Care we aim to provide dedicated, experienced and friendly staff to individuals in their own homes to assist in providing tailored support services to help independent living. What We Provide

Personal Assisted Transport Service (PATS)
Homely Health Care will provide you with one of our experienced carers (Personal Assisted Transport Service staff) who will pick you up from your address and accompany you to your hospital, GP, dentist, optician, hearing or other appointments. Our PATS staff will stay with you from point of pick up to point of return.

Home Care Services
Assisting with the start of daily activities by helping you get up, washed, and dressed.
Assisting in the preparation of meals with you or for you including assisting you during mealtimes.
Care relating to personal hygiene including promotion of continence and management of incontinence.
Assist in the administration and monitoring of medication.
Support with your social activities such as going for walks, visiting family and friends, accessing the local community, and attending social activities.
Shop with you or for you including assisting with putting your shopping away.
Assist you with the end of day activities including helping you get ready for bed.
