Douglas started Homely Health Care in 2016. Previously he worked in various sectors including Healthcare, Education, and Insurance as an internal auditor, providing assurance on the operating effectiveness of organisation's risk management, governance, and internal control processes. Douglas also has also worked in the care industry as a Support Worker / Carer which included working with adults and children with various social care needs.  

Having previously worked in general management within the NHS in London and Southampton, I joined Homely Health Care in 2022. My role is extremely diverse and, in addition to helping to run the business, includes recruitment and selection, HR, client liaison, staff management and accounts. I really enjoy the variety of my job and it gives me great satisfaction to know that the work we do makes a difference to our client’s lives.

Cedric has 15 years’ experience in the legal and compliance field. Cedric is responsible for ensuring  that our processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements as well as ethical practices fostering a culture of integrity across the organisation.

Sara has over 35 years’ experience in the social care industry. Sara has worked for Social Services, the NHS, care home setting as well as private clients. Her passions for adult social care has seen her working with adults and children with various social care and medical needs. Sara is very passionate about her work and ensuring that our clients receive the best care possible as well as ensuring that our staff are trained to the highest standards possible.

Vinkee joined Homely Health Care in 2016 when we first started. Vinkee has over 30 years’ experience in the social industry having worked with adults and children with various social care and medical needs. Vinkee has worked in various care sector settings including secure units, brain injury units and learning with adults with learning disabilities. Vinkee uses her wealth of experience to ensure that our clients receive person centred care and that all staff are trained to the highest standards possible.
